Using 3D deep learning, we empower our customers to develop better products faster.
In this role, your mission will be to foster collaboration with our Korean customers through the delivery of top-notch technical work.
What you will do
- You will run projects together with the customer’s engineering teams, develop tailored solutions and analyse data for each project using Python
- You will apply our deep-learning tools to different engineering/physics problems as well as deliver proofs-of-concept demonstrating how our technology creates value in CAE workflows.
- Provide technical support across all sales cycle stages, including pre-sales consultations, post-sales implementation, and ongoing customer support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Train customer teams to effectively use the NC platform, ensuring smooth adoption into their workflows
- Work closely with the product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Who you are
- You have an excellent understanding of both Physics and ML (strict requirement)
- Native (or nearly native) Korean speaker
- Advanced level of written and spoken English (minimum C1 level- strict requirement)
- You hold a Master’s in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics
- You have strong experience with Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks
- You like working with people and feel comfortable in a customer-facing role
- You have excellent communication skills and like to work in a team
- You are eager to solve real-world problems with machine learning
- Industry experience in CAD / CFD / FEA modelling is a plus
