Your key responsibilities will be:
- Together with the marketing and commercial team you will execute a sales enablement program. The topics encompass: building, improving and nurturing pre-sales material presentations, driving sales processes, CRM, funnel, reporting and possibility sales training.
- You will develop and set up a data-driven approach to drive the sales discussions.
- You will further develop the usage of our CRM to ensure the proper tracking as well as forecasting allowing better commercial decisions.

- You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and contacts.
- You will build up a high-quality pipeline of leads by reaching out and meeting potential customers.
- You will participate in the industry's most important conferences and webinars.

Our mission is to support our customers in solving their most complex engineering challenges. We collaborate closely with engineering and design teams within the automotive, aerospace and energy industries, understand their challenges and pains, and help them identify solutions to accelerate their conception processes. We leverage our platform, Neural Concept, and its components developed by our software engineers to unlock the value of the most complex Computer-Aided Engineering datasets and to create a direct impact on production design processes. Using 3D deep learning, we empower our customers to develop better products, faster.
As a key player in the team, your mission will be to establish trust and admiration from our customers in the USA by delivering high-quality technical work.
What you will do
- You will run projects together with the customer’s engineering teams, develop tailored solutions and analyse data for each project using Python.
- You will apply our deep-learning tools to different engineering/physics problems as well as deliver proofs-of-concept demonstrating how our technology creates value in computer-aided engineering workflows.
- You will be in contact with customers to demonstrate the value of NC, and transmit the vision of the company.
- You will train our users to make the most out of their NC licences and work with them to develop web applications and APIs putting 3D deep learning in production to accelerate their design processes.
- You will be part of our constant effort to further develop our deep-learning platform by collecting user feedback and relaying it to the product team.

Who you are
- You have a good understanding of both Physics and ML (strict requirement)
- You hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics

- You like working with people and feel comfortable in the customer-facing role
- You have excellent communication skills and like to work in a team
- You are eager to solve real-world problems with machine learning
- Industry experience in CAD / CFD / FEA modelling is a plus

Culture interview
In this 30-45 online minutes interview, we will get to know you, understand what is important for you and introduce the company.
Technical interviews
This stage consists of several interviews. Depending on the position, it will include a code challenge, a home project and/or an online technical interview.
Assessment day
It is important for us to meet you in person. The final phase is the assessment day which is on-premises and lasts around 3 hours. You will meet your future colleagues, have a technical and people discussion.
